 Acacia's honey
 
 Acacia honey is obtained from Robinia pseudoacacia, commonly known as Acacia, a very widespread plant all over Italy, in the hilly areas. It blooms in May and is a very important source of nectar for bees. The climatic conditions of recent years have not been favorable for the production of this increasingly rare honey.
 
 Period and Production Area : May - Abruzzo
 
 Use at the table : practical to sweeten coffee, milk, tea, cappuccino and drinks or to garnish fruit, ice cream, sweets, yogurt, cheeses ... and much more!
