From the desire to offer you totally whole honeys, we have created an entire line ... Torchiati! Honeys extracted by pressing the combs with the ancient method of pressing.


Limited production, resulting from manual and slow processing.

Refined products, for those who want to appreciate the naturalness of raw honey, richer in wax, which gives it an extraordinary flavor.




Sunflower, Helianthus annuus is widely cultivated today for use in the food industry for the production of oil and its seeds. Not all sunflower varieties are equally nectarous and over the years production has dropped significantly.

It varies a lot depending on the vintage and this makes it a rare and niche honey.


Period and Production Area: June / July - Marche


Uses at the table: as table honey, but also widely used in confectionery and the food industry.



  • Color : intense yellow

    Smell : light, straw, wax, pollen, freshly cut hay, tomato leaf, tomato paste, pineapple, passion fruit.

    Taste : neutral, dry, similar to the smell, slightly herbaceous, with a "refreshing" sensation, similar to dark sugar, in the honeys with finer crystallization, fruity, of ripe apricots, with an aftertaste of star anise.
