USE AT THE TABLE
It is an excellent table honey, to be combined also with aged cheeses. Ideal sweetener for tea and infusions, it is often used in the preparation of nougat.

It is a rather recent innovation in the production of single-flowered honeys,
albeit the nectar that the flower produces in abundance
it is quite pleasing to bees.
Italy, rich in biodiversity, has the world record for the number of varieties of monofloral honey
and Coriander Honey is among those considered rare.
Curiosity: the smell of flowering is not very pleasant,
but the resulting honey is so special
and aromatic, spicy and tasty.
